Ordered 5 pairs of tights on the 17/07/17. Order number 7458. Delivery time promised at order was 7-14 days. On query after 2 weeks, was told that some of the goods were still in bond. I opted to wait for the balance of the order, and then asked to send what they had, and I would pay second postage on the balance. to date, I have heard nothing, after mailing off there website, and messaging on Facebook! Phones don't seem connected. I believe they make promises they can't keep. Take forward cash to finance there purchases, and something has gone wrong? Bad business practice! It needs to be exposed!!!
