Poor service

Not a nice experience for the first time I ordered online from funky tights! Order was placed 14th July after few days of struggle to get their banking details I got it from my friend who previously ordered from them. 17th July payment was confirmed and order processed.. Delivery was advertised 7-14 working days.. The 19th August I send them a message on Facebook due to the fact they don't provide any contact numbers.. The 22nd August they responded on my message and they gave feedback that the order was send out 2 weeks ago (as from 22nd August) on the 25th August they post on Facebook that they have a delay at customs..just wondering what is the actual cause of my order.. Delay at customs or that the order was send out 2 weeks ago?! If you comment on their post on Facebook they remove your comments immediately! I request a refund I don't want that order anymore.. No response from Funky tights
