<p>Bought goods online paid on the 5th July, was told it takes 14 days to process. After 14 days was sent an email about customs issues no response since then sent emails phone numbers dont work no response but they are actively posting on facebook. Michele Smith was the contact people.</p>

You have ordered from us 5 times where you have received your goods with no problem, so how can we be an online ****? We did explain the delay on this order. Nonetheless i have requested your refund and cc'd you in on the email.
