Now That's What I Call Poor Service

If you take anything from reading this review, take my advice to NEVER to use this company. 14 working days maximum to receive your order? Try 6 and a half months with still no order in sight. Excuse upon excuse, this company has no shame in letting you on continuously with no end to the nightmare in sight. Now this deep into the waiting process, I have been made a fool not only to a special somebody who's birthday was ruined, but to myself for ever trusting this company and giving them this long to deliver my order. "But no! you can always ask for a refund of course!" Can you? Reasonable email response time when I ask where my order is, with promises of gifts and "We'll try better next time" like there will ever be a next time. Asking for a refund though leaves them apparently speechless as I'm still waiting for a confirmation over a week later. At this point I doubt I will ever see my 600 rand again and plan on letting all of you know that your time and money are wasted with this company. You would do better to throw your money down a toilet, as that at least gives you a funny story to tell.
