Non existent service

Absolutely horrified by funky tights. I read the comments and reviews on the website and Facebook page before making my purchase and have since learnt that they delete all negative reviews, which is why so many of us are having the same problem. I placed my order and payed, waited for the 14 working days stated and did not received any update regarding my order. Emailed and messaged at least 8 times over 3 weeks and did not receive a single response. I then contacted my bank and payfast to see if my credit card charge could be reversed so I would at least get my money back. Payfast said they would contact funkytights for info and amazingly they got a response the same day! Thankfully my refund was granted and I will hopefully have my money back in a couple weeks. Thanks to funky tights, I will only order from local online stores from which I have a personal recommendation. Shocking!
