No service delivery at all

<p>On the 18 April 2017 I placed an order for the famous Batman vest and tights set and a deadly ******** tights. I wished to wear these for 2 upcoming sport events. The garments never arrived. The policy states they deliver up to 7-14 days. I enquired a month after placing my order because that time period has lapsed. There were automated response system to my emails for each time I sent a query. I cancelled my order 2 weeks back after failing to receive any proper information apart from their customs excuse. Finally after trying to call them, their landlines were not in order, a lady emailed a response stating their lines are down and they will forward me proof of refund. The monies never came into my account. I send funky tights emails but receive no response. I have never come across such poor service and terrible customer service in my life. </p>
