No product or response - ****!

I have ordered Funky Tights from their online site on the 18 of August 2017 (order #7558). After 2 weeks I started to inquire on the progress of my order and I got no reply. There is also no telephone number on their site, only an email. After numerous emails to them as well as facebook messages - someone rep**** and said that they are currently busy selling the business and the new owners will contact me. To date I have not heard a thing! Very frustrating! Now it looks as if this is a huge ****! Very disappointed. I want my money back! Here was their confirmation of the order: Order: #7558
