No deliver, no response & no refund after numerous requests!

I place my order #7227 with Funky Tights on the 14th June for R829. To date I have received nothing. I have emailed numerous times and inboxed them on Facebook....with no reply.

I have only received one reply from them advising that they were waiting for the goods to be released from Customs. That was on the 28th July. To date (19/09) I still have not received my order and no further response to any emails I have sent.

I have requested a refund more than once......I have been ignored. I have set a deadline for the refund (Monday 19/09 @ 5pm) - no response.

On trying to find a contact phone number for them this morning I have come across a very long list of bad reviews on hellopter.com

It would seem that non-delivery, non-service, non-refunds are their modus operandi.

Extremely dissatisfied customer.!!!!
