NO communication, terrible service
<p>I have order a few times from them and in the beginning they delivered within a few days. I was incredibly impressed.</p> <p>The last 2 times I have ordered from them they have said it would take 7-14 working days.</p> <p>Well 14 working days later i followed up with them saying "oh yeah the order is stuck in customs, it should be here by the end of the week"</p> <p>The week after I would follow up again to get the same response.</p> <p>Now they have increased the amount when you get free shipping as well which which is quite ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly looking at way on how we can overcome the issues we face with customs and find better alternates with regsrds to delivery and courier. I do believe this issue has since been resolved.
