Late delivery | cheap quality | poor communication
<p>I waited 5 weeks for my delivery, let's repeat that again: 5 weeks!!!!!!!!!! They never contacted me to update me on the progress, I would have to regularly check in myself. When the tights finally arrived they didn't even resemble the tights on the site, they also looked cheap, something I would find at China Town, except it didn't have the lovely affordable China Town price. All I can say is: rather support a company that makes tights locally, buy anywhere but here!</p>

Thank you for review. Please note that our products are definitely not that quality of China Town and we have never had complaints on the quality or design of the Tartan Style leggings that you have ordered before. We have offered you a refund and attempted to resolve this.
I also have various records of where we did make contact with you to let you know of the delays we are experiencing with customs, and at various times we offered you numerous alternatives to resolve your order being delayed but you refused these.
We have sent you an email early this morning already on the return process and will expect your response on this. We do state on our website that we work on a 7-14 working day processing time and we send out 90% of our orders within this time, we do from time to time experience delays with customs, which we made you aware of. We also included a gift to apologise for this.
As per the email sent to you this morning, please return your item to us for a refund.

Please re-send said e-mail as I have not received one, I have checked my spam too. Also I do have various mails from you in response to MY mails that I sent, replys are a given. These leggings were chosen by a friend for her birthday, I was not about to change them for another design, nor was I about to cancel her birthday wish. Also you need to pay for a courier to collect these tights from me, I have no interest in going to the schlep of arranging their return nor do I wish to finance it.
Also please explain why the leggings look different to the photo on your site! I have sent you the images.
