***********, useless service, poor quality

<p>I ordered my tights and paid the same day....in February. From February to early June (when they finally arrived), I (the customer) had to continually follow up to find out if there was any progress on my delivery.</p> <p>The response was always the same - it's arrived in customs. Eventually after several of the same response I asked for a refund and was advised they could send me items they have in stock....oh wow, perahps they could have stated that much earlier in the process! I agreed to this and was informed my order would be dispatched next day. Needless to say it did not arrive and when I queried it, I was told they had sent it out to someone else in error.</p> <p>I then demanded a refund and after 3 days called to confirm it had taken place only to be told my leggings had arrived and were being sent out that day. I received them 2 days later and for the price, the quality is not great.</p> <p>During this process, Monique not only proved to be extremely *********** and seemed extremely unsure of what was happening. Jessica was not much better.</p> <p>The service from this online business is beyond appalling and if they wish to survive they are going to have to take a long, hard look at how they operate. Their service, customer ethos and communication is non-existent.</p> <p>I will never purchase from these people again ...and by the way, my local Pick 'n Pay is now selling equally funky leggings at a third of the price, you can get them on Spree (GREAT service) and in some retail shops.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
