If you want to wait forever for a delivery that *might* arrive, go ahead. Otherwise, don't bother.
<p>3 months waiting for an order that never arrived. Sent emails nearly every week to check on progess, and kept getting told that there was issues with the shipment and that I would get an email with a tracking number soon. After 3 months I'd had enough and asked for a refund, and then I was told that the shipment arrived, just without the stuff I ordered.</p> <p>Then had to send numerous emails to get them to process a refund, which took 21 days.</p>

Thank you for your review. This is definitely not the experience that we want our clients to have.
Unfortunately the men's items are not common and not ones we keep on hand, we are also discontinuing these due to the constant issues we have with customs and this range in particular.
We did give you the option to exchange for items from our stock list or be refunded. We received your banking details on the 14th April and your refund has been processed.
