I should have taken heed of previous reviews

My order of 2 items from February 2017 has since still not been fulfilled. Around end March/early April they sent 1 item and then subsequently the continued excuse of "shipment held up at customs" was used every time I enquired. Now I am either blocked on their facebook page or they have turned off all comments due to negative feedback from their customers. I doubt I will ever see my remaining item if it's been this long already, so all I want is my refund now, and if my mails are continually ignored I will claim it back, with interest, judicially.
