Funky Tights - stock paid and not delivered

Hi there, I placed an order with Funky Tights on the 5th of June, paid a total of R1809 According to their website it takes 14working days for goods to be delivered. I did start to follow up on the 20th, it was a bit early and they reminded me that it takes 14 working days. I waited and a followed up again on the 28th, they gave me the same message and this is when I started pointing out the 14days has passed. They did come back on the 3rd of July and said there was a delay at customs. They did give me the option to send the 3or 4 items they already had and I mailed back and said that is fine I will wait. (trying to understand the issues at customs, and this is a risk we do take) Followed up again on the 14th and was told I will have feedback the Monday, as the stock would be delivered over the weekend. The 19th came no feedback, followed up again on the 24th, again on 26 of July and this then went over to the 3rd of Aug and I took the step to send my final mail on 6 of Aug to say further steps will be taken. Finally, by the 7th they send me this LONG mail where they apologised and explained change of staff, and shipments stuck at customs, and after research they found another company to handle the shipment. They the asked I give them another 14 working days to re order. No news and no delivery to date I have gone back and asked for a refund but now I’m being flat ignored. I did post on their Facebook page (unfortunately I did not take a print screen) and this post was deleted. Funky Tights
