<p>During January 2017 I ordered R1,600 worth of products from Funky Tights. After 4 weeks I still had not received my products. When I followed up with a mail, I was assured that the products were coming but, as they were ordered from overseas, the shipment was taking a bit longer.<br />I subsequently phoned and emailed Monique at Funky Tights 6 times since then querying my order, as well as requesting a refund when it was clear my goods would not be delivered. I was assured I would receive a refund. However, 6 months later I am still waiting!</p> <p>If I did not follow up, there was no communication from Monique. It is very clear this company is a **** - do not use **** services!</p>
