Failure to deliver and refund

I placed an online order on 11 January 2017 on Funky Tight's website. Payment was made electronicly. I received confirmation of my order and noted that it will be sent out witin 14 days... But after several emails and reqeusts for delivery of my order, I am yet to receive it. I have also requested a refund... and I am also yet to receive that. Needles to say I am very dissapointed....
