Failure to deliver after more than a month

On the 1st October 2015 I placed an order on [URL Removed] I made the payment and was told Free Shipping - 7 to 14 days delivery time.<br> <br> After two weeks I contacted them to say the items had still not been delivered. On the 22nd October I got an email saying they were having problems using the postal service as that the goods will be sent via courier that week. (Apologies, all our postal deliveries are extremely delayed to the point that we are now sending duplicate orders out via courier. )<br> <br> After another week I emailed again and was told the same story, that I could expect delivery via courier that week. I sent an email yesterday and have had no repsonse so far.
