Either really unprofessional, or a **** sltogether

I ordered a pair of tights on 12 June. The website says there is a 14 day waiting time so I waited anxiously on the delivery as it was meant to be part of a birthday gift for my girlfriend. However three weeks went by, and no response. I then contacted them and was told their stock has been held up by customs but it will be resolved asap. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. I've tried calling them, to no avail as their listed numbers do not work. They then told me to wait a further 14days and they'll throw in a gift to make up for the waiting time. Until Now, nothing. And to make it worse, they're not even responding or anything. They keep advertising and taking orders from people, yet can't deliver and it seems there is nothing you can do about it.
