Do not use this company, they take you money and don't deliver and don't communicate

I placed my order (#6720) over 4 months ago and it has not been delivered. The company has not responded to my numerous emails asking for a status update and then asking for a refund. To this date I have no idea the status of my order nor a refund of which I have asked for several times. The most appalling service I have ever experienced. I will continue to fight for my refund and will voice their bad service across all possible platforms until it has been resolved.
