Do not use this company!!!!

<p>During November 2016 I ordered R1,034 worth of products from Funky Tights... After 4 weeks I still had not received my products. When I followed up with a mail, I was assured that the products were coming but, as they were ordered from overseas, the shipment was taking a bit longer.<br />I subsequently emailed Monique at Funky Tights numerous times since then querying my order, as well as requesting a refund when it was clear my goods would not be delivered. I was assured I would receive a refund. However, 8 months later I am still waiting!!!</p> <p>If I did not follow up, there was no communication from Monique whatsoever.. I get told every time I request my refund that "finance department" is handling it.. . It is very clear this company is a **** - do not use **** services!!!</p>
