DISGUSTING SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

<p>I ordered tights from Funky Tights on 24 May2017, today is 1 August 2017 and I have still not received the tights. This was supposed to be a birthday present for a friend that had her birthday in June. Red in the face I had to attend her party and tell her that her gift has not been delivered as it is stuck in Customs. When I phoned Funky Tights, I cannot get through to the number it just gives an engaged tone immediately. The only feedback I get is: We are so sorry, but the order is stuck in Customs. Then Funky Tights should not write on their website we deliver within 7-14 working days. Never over promise and under deliver. Honestly I am so disgusted, I really think this is a big ****! This woman rarely replies if you follow up. When I received another email on 26 July 2017 that I can either choose to wait for me order to arrive, who knows when that will be? Or I can choose something else from the catalogue that they have in stock or they will refund the money to me. I choose the second option and asked for a catalogue to see what they have in stock. Yes, you guessed right, it is 6 days later and I have still not received a catalogue. I spent R644 at Funky Tights and let me tell you it is the most expensive R644 that I have ever spent. At this stage I just want my money back so I can actually go to a shop and buy my friend a very belated birthday present. I wonder if I will get hold of Funky Tights or get my money back?????</p>
