Bad Service and Total lack of Resonse

<p>On 14th April I Got sent my order of two pairs of tights, the one pair was found to be damaged which i sent in a photo showing the damage. the very next day i got an email of apology and they said they would be replaced. Since then now 2 months later i have emailed them repeatedly about the replacements and each time there is an excuse or a story, thats when they do even bother to respond. My Order number is 6192. I want a refund.</p>
