Appalling service! Why such a delay with Refunds

<p>Firstly I am shocked with the amount of people who have had and are still having bad service from Funky Tights.</p> <p>My story is similar to everyone elses that I placed and paid for an order In May 2017 and after numerous emails & being told a few different versions of why my order had been delayed I asked for a refund. I was told two weeks ago that my refun was in the batch for release and as of today,the 18th July 2017, I have still not been refunded or even updated on my refund, my e-mails have just been ignored . Why are the refunds taking so long to be done and Why does this Company/ Business seem unconcerned about its customers? I too am at my wits end...... all I want is my refund please.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
