4 months with no service
<p>I wated 3 months for my tights before asking for a refund, and have now been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks. I have sent my details and followed up multiple times and keep on being told my tights should arrive the next week and then that someone from finance would sort my refund out. My last email did not even receive a reply. Unacceptable. </p>
