Lying doesn't get you repeat business

We bought two Foil Character balloons last Saturday. When I paid for them I asked the lady if I can have them inflated the following Saturday and do they charge to inflate them. She said they don't charge to blow them up. This is the norm for foil balloons if you have bought it from that specific shop. Upon returning today to have the balloons inflated she charged me R60 and denied ever saying that it was free. When I told her I would have bought them elsewhere if she had not **** to me the previous week, she then went and **** again by saying they are the cheapest anyway to inflate the balloons. Unfortunately we were on a timeline for the party and I had to have the balloons inflated at their shop. On leaving the shop I called the party place closest to our house and they only charge R18 - R25 to inflate the foil balloons and nothing if I had bought the foils from them. These balloons cost between R75 to R120 so I can understand charging to inflate a R5 balloon but not when you have already spent R200 at that shop on two balloons. I will certainly not be returning to the lying shop called Funky Star in Northumberland Street and I will be sharing this with all my friends.
