Funky Pets Bedding

This is not great. She does wonderful work but when I ordered my goods she whatsapped me that she would send me replacements as apparently it got lost in transit or it still needs to be made inwhich I paid for and when its time to send replacements she comes up with excuses after excuses all the time and this is now the second time it has happened to me and I have everything in writing from her but I got nothing and lost money in the process.. now she has blocked me on all platforms.. come on its just not right.
