Funky nails beauty and hair

I made an appointment to have my daughter's hair colored for her matric farewell. Showed the hairstylist, Mel a pic of what we wanted. When she was done it looked nothing like the pic. I got to my car and decided that I was really not happy paying R950 for something we weren't happy with. As it looked even worse in the daylight. Mel told me that after we washed her hair it would look better. Which it DIDN'T. I Immediately messaged her informing her how dissatisfied we were. After so. E discussions she told me she would refund me that coming Saturday. We live approx 60k from the salon. We drove to Funky nails the following Saturday after I had to pay another salon to try and recolor my daughters hair for her farewell(that Thursday) that was now pass. Mel tells me this sob story why she doesn't have my money and promises that she'll deposit it into my banking Acc by 17:00that Saturday. Needless to say It Never happened. She disregarded my messages that entire wk. The following Saturday we drove the 60km again only to hear she still doesn't have it. So be carefull of this ************ person. I tried to explain my case to Martie, the owner but she told me Mel is just a Tennant renting space and doesn't want to get involved. She chose to listen to Mel's version of events even after I forwarded my entire conversation I had with Mel, from the start to finish.
