Missing items, no replacement or refund

Bought 2 pairs of earrings and only one sent out. Threw away packaging due to lockdown but apparently I needed to show weight on envelope to prove only one pair was in it. Contacted them and the response was rude and accusatory, would not refund or send replacements but then as the other pair were just flimsy and sent in an envelope that required me to bend back into shape and hope they didn’t snap I would have preferred a refund. Went through PayPal but they were of no use either as they did not send me details of what they required from me after this company raised objections to my questioning the missing items. Would not recommend at all and would award no stars if possible!
