No External monitoring of surveillance cameras

This supplier claims to be partner of the Ellies Group but in fact has no relationship with them at all except for the logo on their bakkie. We were left with a system that monitors each room but there was no set up provided on on our mobile phones or lap tops making the system that cost over R5500 worthless. I have a serious illness and this was supposed to be a back up system. We have been badly let down and have had to call in an external consultant recommended by Ellies at extra cost to try to fix this up.
