Unauthorize withdraw from my bank account

This Company is withdrawing funds from my account 2x now. I have no idea were they are getting my banking details from. I contacted them i they just said they cannot help me, they only charge me a minimal amount. No answer to were they are getting my account nr from or the reason for withdrawing money from my account . PEOPLE MUST NOT VISIT THEIR SITE OR SUBSCCRIBE TO WHAT EVER THEY ARE DOING AS THEY ARE BIG **********.
