False marketing at Martins funerals roodepoort
Good day Please assist me with martins Roodepoort they don’t wanna offer the package of the things we have been paying for, now the require me to top up the package and want me to pay the grave fee but on the refleat it states they should be the ones paying, we don’t know as a family what to do or decide since tommorow is a holiday, I spoke to alina from the Roodepoort branch and she is so rude telling me they should give me my money and I will look for another funeral palour, please assist because I can’t top up the package of what I was paying for already nd we need to bury on Saturday
