Unhappy with Fern Funerals , Retreat , Cape Town

I don't know how to express my feelings towards Fern Funeral parlour based in Retreat , Cape Town. My mom Eileen De Kock passed on 14 February 2023 , she has been with Fern Funerals for more than 15 years. We arranged her funeral and paid them in full and 2 weeks later on the 25 of February 2023 was her funeral , that is when the heartache and disappointment started. The morning of her funeral the arrangement was that the 2 family cars will arrive at 7:45 as the viewing started at 8:30 and the service at 9:00, which did not go according to plans. Because of the negligence of Fern Funerals , we as the family were forced to call Fern Funerals multiple times to find out the whereabouts of the cars. We came in contact with an employee by the name of Samantha , who was very dishonest with the whereabouts of the cars and the times they would be arriving. On top of that, the he**** was also late as they did not even know where the place was. Due to all these inconveniences caused by Fern Funerals , our entire day was delayed which in return caused even more heartache and sorrows for the family because of the manner at which the final goodbyes were said. As compensation , we kindly ask Solomon , the head of Fern Funerals to firstly issue an apology to my father , William De Kock , husband of the late Eileen De Kock , along with a manner of reimbur*****t , such as a tombstone or half of the money refunded , which will then be used as donation . Please do get back to me as soon as possible.
