Fern Funeral Parlour

Victoria Hospital sent my mother to Fern Funerals without our consent. I contacted them on Friday 29 December to arrange a meeting but was asked to wait until Tuesday 2 January (long weekend). I went to their business premises in Retreat to complete documentation and was advised that the death certificate should be ready by Friday 5 January. I have been calling them every day. Same response: “I will call you later”. I am still waiting (2 weeks after my mom passed away).
