Failed funeral palour

Good afternoon I am Pogisho Stock member of makhatsho under plan c.

We had a funeral in klerksdorp,were you guys asked rekathusa funeral palour to conduct the entire service on your behalf.

I'm writing this email in sadness and disappointment the way you did to me, I'm not satisfied at all. All plan C benefits you promised me I didn't receive any of them, even the the delaying of paying the rekathusa funeral palour ended up making confusion within relatives, family and friends. The burial of my brother Jan Tsesane was like we never had funeral palour even communication from the bosses of rekathusa was unprofessional.

You claim to not give me grocery money because of kilometers you didn't even go to klerksdorp or seeing jouberton. I didn't receive electricity and airtime vouchers as plan C benefits. The whole burial was a disaster but thank you anyway.
