You never get answers

I ap**** 6 months ago for my pension and are stil waiting there is no person that can assist to get it done every time i call they tell me the same story. First i was part off a section 14 that is not the case i contacted the HR and she did sent a email. Then they said they recieved the email checking departmant is busy with my paiment. Then it was canceled again by them. But there is no cominication you must call them and you never now were you stand. And you also dont get any service or reports back from them. I called again HR and they said they dont understand everyone in the company that left or gone on pension hets their moneynits only me there seems to be a problem. I wonder what is hapining with my money and would i get intrest for waiting 6 months alraidy.
