WORST SERVICE EVER!!GO FOR LIBERTY INSTEAD

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FOR A CUSTOMER CENTRIC COMPANY, ITS THE WORST. ESPECIALLY THE FUNDS AT WORK DIVISION.

Firstly im giving momentum 1 star because i could not find ZERO star as thats what they deserve. They submitted a wrong directive to SARS for my lumpsum withdrawal, and now i have been in contact with them for the past 5 months to resolve this and nothing has been done. There is not even a single sense of urgency. You send emails and all you get is "OUT OF OFFICE"- then you wonder if they even work. You call the agents and ask to speak to the right person they say they are busy - busy doing what - doing out of OFFICE. I had the same issue with Liberty - and it took 1 month to get solved. Honestly this is a disappointing company that should be centered around customer care.
