Worst service ever.

I left my employer on the 30/04/2021. An application for the withdrawal of funds was lodged on the 03/05/2021. An email confirming receipt of documents was sent to me. Thereafter it went quite. I kept calling, spoke to consultants (NOMSA and BONGANI), all of them promise to update without doing so. Eventually, I spoke to NEO(very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful) on the 17/06/2021 and he advised me that my request is with QC and a payment will be done on the 18/06/2021. Still nothing. Sent a follow up email, received automated reply. Tried to call, phone gets put down on my ear. I'm at my wit's end, don't know what to do and very annoyed. Worst service ever. If employees had a say in choosing providers, I WOULD NEVER HAD CHOSEN THESE CLOWNS.
