What a bad service from Momentum

I have resigned from my previous job ( Good hope palace) in April 2024 I waited till the end of the year with out them giving me my provident fund, until I went to the Tygervalley branch and they said I must wait for 26days I will get my money nothing happened

In January I called they told me they are still processing it but I went in to the branch again and I was told to wait 5 days all my paperwork is in order they just need to send my application to SARS I waited for another 2weeks when I called again they said my SARS application declined and when I asked why they said the tax no was probably wrong I asked the agent that was helping me to call it out and really they had sent SARS the incorrect tax no I gave them the correct one but still nothing happened

I kept calling and they told me they will escalate my case to the administrator but I waited for another 2 to 3 weeks until I went back to Tygervalley Monentum they said now my application for SARS was successful and I must wait for 3days now today I call them they give me another story of a technical issue in the system and I must wait until Friday

What a poor service it’s as if we are applying to get a loan and that is not the fact these are our money why must we fight to get our money from Momentum I am waiting for 11months now, that is my children’s money and I will not stop until I receive it
