VERY SLOW!!!!

Practically the wost Services I have ever encountered in the history of claiming!

They are extremely slow in regards to responding to simple queries, You literally receive a singe response a day close to their "close of business". I resigned End of feb by my previous company, been trying to sort out my profident fund with them , I probably send around 15 mails as im sitting now i'm still where ive started. IF YOU HAVE TO OPTION TO OPT FOR A DIFFERENT FUND PLEASE DO SO.
