Thee worst service in South Africa

Thee worst experience, no communication, when you try to call you get put on hold for an hour, when you eventually speak to someone you get transferred for another hour, I've sent more than 5 emails and no one has bothered to reply to any of my emails, whe I eventually got hold of someone on call after being on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes I was told the person dealing with my withdrawal will get intouch 3 weeks later and still no one has bothered to call, I processed my withdrawal claim 6 weeks ago and still no communication
