Terrible service

Was retrenched end of Feb 2025 Ex employer(HR department)sent in documents 18/3/2025.Since then my funds have been decreasing weekly,Called and told the funds are "in the market" and market is doing bad.Goes down by 2k and 3k.Called again today 8/3/2025 and it hasn't yet been processed,apparently jut marked as received.So by the time they process I'll be left with nothing why can't they remove funds from the "market" so my little money is safe until they do process?Very disappointing after so many years...
