Still waiting for my payout after three months.

This is why my personal investment choices are made elsewhere. I've been waiting since September for my provident fund payout. I have called three times to follow up, I have laid an official complaint (which was ignored), and after the case has been escalated and I've been promised a callback twice from my policy administrator, still nothing.

You are a pathetic institution, and I will never do business with you by choice or recommend you to anyone.
