Staff NOT on the same page

I submitted my claim in January 2025. Around the 27th of March when I have received no funds or correspondence I started calling them every 2-3 days. Every time I was told 5 working days or end of the week. Friday the 11 was told Monday, Monday was told end of the week and yesterday another 7 working days. I have never dealt with such a *********** company where the staff is NOT on the same page!! All I need is the correct information!!
