Provident fund

I have been trying to get my problem solved with momentum funds at work. I resigned on the 1st February from my former employer. They send me the forms of which I completed them on time thinking that my claim will be paid and until today there is nothing. The so called consultants they are very useless and unprofessional because they dropped calls on me and sometimes they that they will call me back but they never called me back. The most irritating part was the time I was speaking to Anele one of the managers he promised to get my problem solved and update me on the progress but he never got back to me. Now when I call he keep saying that he's in the meeting.Stephen from moment also said he will assist but never assisted me with regards to my Fnb provident fund. Today I phoned the whole say but I did not get helped. And one of the consultante said that my claim is being handled by Sharon and I left more than 7 massages to her and she never bothered to get me to me. One thing I don't understand I submitted my claim almost the same time with my form colleague who happened to be white and her matter was resolved fast my some of us as black Africans wee are treated differently I think momentum should make it clear to me. Because I have been waiting for almost two months to get my provident fund and I'm getting behind with debts.
