Pension Fund Money

I worked at Momentum Health (Gems) from 15th July 2022 and i recieved a better job offer in another place on the 19th of December 2022

I was told by the HR even though on my contracted it stated that should you work five or less months then you must give a weeks notice of which I did give the notice from the 12 th of December until the 19th of December. After numerous attempts to contact my HR Personnel I was then told i owe momentum, ok fine i asked them to send the AOD of which I signed and dated on the 27th of January 2023 and now i am told by agents that it is in the legal department of which i was first told it will take 48hours, 48 hours passed and there was no response, then I called and I was told that it will take the legal depatment 5 workings day of which even those days have gone by and still nothing is processed or paid

My claim has been going on from December untill now, i have also budgeted with my pension monies nothing and im extremely upset and exhausted of following up and using my time and airtime calling Momentum Funds at Work. Such horrible service.
