Pathetic service, slow claims process

Extremely slow. The service I received has been nothing but terrible. People are just answering phones but not applying logic. My claim has been held up by a system glitch which no one picked up out of all the calls I made had I not insisted to escalate. Now it's out of that glitch and they still expect me to wait for other parts of the process to follow their normal turn around. No one took into account that they already wasted over a week and had their system functioned as it should have the claim would have finalized by now. Pathetic
