NO feedback NO replies - worst customer service EVER

Momentum, after: - 9 phone calls - 4 callback messages - 15+ emails

I have received NO RESPONSE or FEEDBACK!

You pride yourself on customer service but I cant see this in my claim… and after some searching with other claims as well. Their lack of response is shocking, and they are supposed to care?! pfffft
