Momentum funds at work bad service

I instructed momentum that I will be withdrawing my funds. No feedback was given after the online instruction. Only after I queried this process, I was informed via email that it was stalling by the Tax step and it needed my tax number and address. No correspondence was sent to me to request this. I feel that this is very poor service on Momentum side.
