MOMENTUM FUND AT WORK

I called mommentum funds at work, to enquire about my Provident fund payout. I completed all the forms, then they tell me there's documents missing, they said they will sms me the contact to send it to, I'm still waiting for the sms. But the I googled to find the email to send the documents. Up until today I haven't had any response from them, they don't reply to your emails, and it's been 2weeks. This is horrible service.
