Funds at work provident fund money

I resigned from my job early Jan, and submitted all the paper work, and 26 days have passed without any communication, and still haven't received my funds. I'm not happy with the service we are getting at momentum, and I am about to involve lawyers, because why say we are going to receive our funds after 26 working days but there's still nothing after 3 months!? I am livid!!!!
